Diane Kaiser - Principal

In 2001, after over 15 years working in the corporate business world, Mrs. Kaiser, decided on a career change into the field of education.  She went back to college to earn her California Multiple-Subject Teaching Credential and began to look for a school to plant her feet.

Mrs. Kaiser  began working at St. Lawrence Martyr School in 2003 as a junior high teacher.  She has since become the principal of the school and considers it a great honor to serve the families in the South Bay community.  Mrs. Kaiser feels that her work in Catholic education is “missionary work” -- another opportunity to share the Good News with students, their families, and the St. Lawrence Martyr faculty and staff.  She feels that there is no greater job, nor responsibility, than to lead others to Christ, especially in forming the young to be compassionate, courageous and loving stewards of the faith.

In her leisure time, Mrs. Kaiser is an avid tennis player, enjoys playing board games with her family and friends, and loves watching her children in their athletic and musical endeavors.  She is married to her husband, Kit, who is a home builder here in the South Bay.  Mr. and Mrs. Kaiser have two children, Kobe (2012 SLM Alumnus) and Matthew, who currently attends St. Lawrence Martyr School.  She is grateful for the precious gift of family and the gift of the SLM Community!
