Dear Prospective Family,
Thank you for your interest in having your child attend St. Lawrence Martyr for the 2011-2012 school year.
This letter is meant to inform you of the process for admission into our program and to explain requirements. Enclosed in this packet is the 2011-2012 application, admission requirements, and 2010-2011 Tuition & Fees (2011-2012 Tuition & Fees yet to be determined).
With this in mind, we ask that you review carefully the following process and be ready to participate fully in it.
ADMISSIONS SCREENINGS
Application for 2011-2012 school year registration will take place anytime after March 31, 2011 for new incoming 1st-8th grade students. A new family may turn in the following information prior to March 31st, but will be placed on a waiting list, until current families have re-registered. Please come to the school office with the following:
-Completed Application (received at the information night or downloaded from the website: www.stlmschool.org
-Birth certificate
-Baptismal certificate
-Family picture
-$60 Registration Fee
Please have your child’s current teacher fill out the required Recommendation Form and MAIL back the questionnaire to St. Lawrence Martyr School, c/o Admissions.
After completion of the entire process we will inform you as soon as possible as to whether or not your child is accepted into our school.
